International Orders

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, United States, The Netherlands, Germany and Spain. With the expansion of the business, more countries will be offered. Please contact hello@terre-love.com if your country of residence is not listed, and we will be happy to arrange delivery.

General Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product or have made an incorrect order, please contact hello@terre-love.com within 30 days of receiving your item and we will be more than happy to resolve this as a refund or replacement. 
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
